This Privacy Policy describes how Hirix, developed and operated by Twinternet V.O.F. (KVK: 58401687), handles personal data within the Hirix web application. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our customers and the individuals whose data is processed through our platform.
1. What Data Do We Collect?
When using Hirix, our customers (employers/recruiters) may upload and store the following personal data related to job candidates:
- First name
- Job title
- Years of experience
- Relevant skills
- Match history (which job a candidate was matched with)
- Match result (match score and insights)
2. How Is This Data Used?
We only process this data for the following purposes:
- To generate AI-based job-candidate matches
- To display past match history and results to the customer
- To allow customers to manage candidate profiles within their own secure environment
Important: We do not use this data to train our AI models, nor do we resell or reuse this data for any other purpose.
3. Who Inputs This Data?
All candidate data is provided and managed exclusively by our customers. Hirix acts as a data processor, providing the infrastructure and tools to store, analyze, and view candidate-job matches securely.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide and improve our service, we rely on the following trusted third parties:
- Supabase – for secure data storage and access control
- Stripe – for subscription management and payments
- (Future) Email service provider – for account and support communication
All third parties are carefully selected and comply with relevant privacy and security standards.
5. Data Retention
Candidate data remains available in the system as long as the customer account is active. Customers may delete individual candidate profiles or their full account at any time, which will remove associated data permanently from our systems.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously and apply several technical and organizational measures, including:
- Supabase Auth for secure customer authentication
- Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure customers can only access their own data
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse of the input system
- Role-based access to restrict data access to authorized users only
- No external access to candidate data beyond the customer account
All access is logged and monitored.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
While Hirix is designed for business use, we acknowledge that personal data is being processed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore, individuals whose data is stored in Hirix (e.g. job candidates) may have the right to:
- Access their data
- Request corrections
- Request deletion
- Object to data processing
If a data subject wishes to exercise any of these rights, they can contact the customer (data controller) who uploaded the data. If needed, we support our customers in fulfilling such requests.

9. Refund Policy
As Hirix offers a free trial with access to full functionality (1 vacancy and 5 profile matches), no refunds are offered once a paid subscription is used.
