1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Hirix, a web-based HR software developed and operated by Twinternet V.O.F. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Hirix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hirix allows companies to upload, match and analyze candidate profiles using AI. Access to the service is provided through four subscription tiers:

3. Subscription and Renewal

All paid subscriptions are billed annually and are valid for one calendar year from the date of activation. Subscriptions are automatically renewed for another year unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

No refunds are provided after subscription activation.

Hirix processes personal data solely for the purpose of storing and matching candidate profiles. We do not share or sell any personal data. Use of the platform is subject to our [Privacy Policy] (coming soon).

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, and AI-generated analyses within Hirix remain the sole property of Twinternet V.O.F. Users may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the analyses or any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinternet V.O.F. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Hirix platform, including but not limited to inaccurate profile matches or data loss.

We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours on business days via email: support@hirixhr.com.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms or misuses the platform.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
